The areas of Cánovas (where Hotel Dimar is located) and Ruzafa are full of good restaurants, bars and cafes where you can go for breakfast, lunch and dinner spontaneously. However, we offer the following recommendations where it is important to make a reservation.

Take into account that lunch in Spain takes place between 13.00h and 16.00h, while dinner is between 20.00h and 23.00h.

Horchatería de Santa Catalina (no reservation, old town)

Right in front of the bell tower of the Santa Catalina Cathedral is this popular cafe that serves a famous local delicacy - horchata. It is an opaque sugary drink made from pressed chufas (tiger nuts), into which you can dip large finger - shaped buns called fartons.
